送料はいくらですか？／What are the shipping fees?
国内送料は全国一律¥800です。¥25,000以上のご購入で送料無料になります。海外発送も承っており、海外送料は一律¥6,500です。
International shipping is available for a flat rate of ¥6,500.
発送までどのくらいかかりますか？／How long until my order ships?
ご注文から2〜3営業日以内に発送いたします。お届け目安は、国内発送で発送後1〜3日程度、海外発送で発送後7〜21営業日程度です。
Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days. For international shipping, estimated delivery is 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.
支払い方法は？／What payment methods do you accept?
各種クレジットカード、Apple Pay、Google Pay、Shop Pay などがご利用いただけます。
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
サイズ表記について教えてください／How do sizes work?
古着のためサイズ表記は参考程度とし、各商品ページに実寸（肩幅・身幅・着丈・袖丈）を記載しています。お手持ちの服と比較してお選びください。
As these are vintage pieces, please refer to the actual measurements (shoulder, chest, length, sleeve) listed on each product page rather than the size label.
商品はすべて古着ですか？／Are all items pre-owned?
当店の商品はすべて古着・ヴィンテージ品です。経年による使用感や小さなダメージが見られる場合があります。状態は商品写真と説明文に記載していますので、ご購入前にご確認ください。
All items are vintage or pre-owned. Minor signs of wear or imperfections may be present, and are noted in each product's photos and description.

返品・交換はできますか？／Can I return or exchange an item?
当店の商品はすべて一点物の古着のため、お客様のご都合（イメージ違い・サイズ違いなど）による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。ご購入前に、商品写真・実寸・説明文を必ずご確認ください。ただし、商品到着時に説明文に記載のない大きなダメージや不備があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にInstagramのDMまたはお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。状況を確認のうえ、返品・返金などの対応をご案内します。
All items are one-of-a-kind, pre-owned pieces, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (e.g. fit or appearance). Please review the photos, measurements, and description carefully before purchasing. However, if your item arrives with significant damage or defects not noted in the description, please contact us via Instagram DM or our contact form within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a return or refund after reviewing the issue.
