A mini skirt of black tulle layered tier on tier for a soft, full flare. The sheer mesh gathers into swaying rows over a satiny, slightly glossy underskirt, so it reads as two layers. The elastic waist pulls on easily. Raw-edged tulle keeps it light — tutu-like volume with attitude.
